Hi the socail worker are use my special need as asscured to put my son in care everything in the court is lies even the socail worker lie in the first and every one else child probation got closed then there rush to court on lies there been twist my words

The socail worker are saying I neglect my son when it prove now I didn’t as it all lies he putting the same amount of weight where he is now there not worried because there ain’t got special need

Have any one come back to you on this yet? You got court papers,yet full claim on family court , ground,any counter claim you made it, records of meeting,heads of child protection?
Medical records show any concerns on your child, case access request to case management .not sure works in care family cases,
Yes more tricks are being used to cause non foundation,all on protection on trust law, too, I wish I could help, I'm so sorry for this you got any support family

This must be a very difficult time.

I am not expert but the Children's Act says the welfare of the child must be put first and it is not always the parent's fault a child is taken into care.

Have they used an emergency order or gas this gone to court?,

If it hasn't gone to court you should get legal aid

Without details of the process you have been through it is difficult for anyone to give an opinion

You say you have special needs, not a term many people use these days but they could be many things.

I think you need specialist help through a solicitor who deals with family law

The whole court bundle is full with lies the old. Social worker never said any thing she thought we were good parents now the new social worker make up lies

A really tough time for you. You must get some legal help with this. If you are on benefits you should be entitled to legal aid funding. If you have received Court papers, you need to find a child law specialist who deals with public child law proceedings urgently, so they can look through the papers with you and see if they can assist you.

Hi again,
Is the solicitor a child law specialist? Has your child been appointed a guardian and solicitor to act on their behalf.
The Courts have to look at all aspects to do with your child's wellbeing which will be the most important factor in deciding what is best for the child. If what has been alleged by this new social worker is all untrue, you need to show it is untrue.
I appreciate how distraught and upsetting this must be for you but you need to try and be calm and logically go through all the facts that you allege are not true and thing how you can disprove what has been said.
Your solicitor should help you with this and although incredibly difficult you must try and stay calm and focussed to help them put your side across. Provided the solicitor is a child law specialist they have the most experience of these cases, you need to follow their advice.

You may find another solicitor locally to you, by searching on our sister site https://justbeagle.com However, please be aware your public funding certificate, if you have one, may not be transferred. You need to make sure you discuss the funding of the work with any other solicitor you speak to.

Have you spoken to the Advocacy team and told them it is urgent for you to have an advocate?

Perhaps they can help to be more forceful with the facts. They can (despite what you may have been told) go to solicitors appointments with you and see what is going on and how to advise you, however they can't change a court's mind.

I believe there are a few charities who will offer a volunteer to go to appointments etc with you too, I am working this afternoon but will ask whilst I am at work to see if anyone knows where to start etc. I wish you good luck with this, keep pestering the advocates, that is what they are there for!

Remember that Cafcass are seporate to the social workers, its worth addressing your concerns with them, if you feel that anything has not be considered properly. I know its difficult, but the more detail you put, the better quality responces you will get.

How old is the child/children
what was there ( social workers concerns )
did they try address the problem whilst the kid/s were still with you
what acsess do you have to the kids at the moment
what are the further plans from the social workers in relation to the childeren

the above answers may help you get some more directed responces
