Hello,
I had an argue with a new employee that if I chose to work an extended shift (typically 8h) by 4 or more hours the company should let me know how much they will pay towards my supper/evening meal if I wish to have one.
Do you guys know if there is any legal statement to support his word is it based on internal company policy?
Company says that there is no law which states anything like this.
Thanks,
Mike
