That was from the investigatory ..... it was lots of computer based documents... 3 witness statements... none of which are dated or signed..... all full of holes in terms of dates, names and facts.
I am expecting dismissal because everythjng leading up to this and before the invedtigatory meeting indicate that.i am getting a solicitor involved tomorrow as it could mean me as a professional being hauled in front of a professional body after being dismissed and that mesns getti g the bullet and then gaving to relive it all again.
I feel i have a goid case for unfair or constructive dismissal but will take a solicitors advice on that.
I was moping around feeling sorry for myself but am now in the angry stage.
I just want to make sure i dont give too much away at the disciplibary hearing but at the aame time destroy anything they may come at me with. I want to be orepared as best as is possible.
