I am not that intelligent - I can argue with the ceo because she is actually a damb but lucky woman getting away with everything, so damb she couldn't even answer my simple questions so terminated by employment! and this is how she looks like . I am just nervous facing her rep who will be a legal professional

Don't worry to much about the companies legal representative being a professional. It means diddly squat when you have a good strong, clear cut and concise case. Concentrate of preparing your claim file, getting all the facts in, paragraph each incident separately, whilst making references to supporting evidence you have relative to the incident, in same paragraph and etc. Mention legislation as well that you feel they breached too!

No your not Dumb, just little misguided by your need for satisfaction by getting one back at the CEO.

Its likely he no doubt did know, but was asking the Hellothanks if she knew since she mentioned it in her claim, but looks like failed to mention it. Not only that the Judge probably knew it would be covered by the outcome the case anyway. So victimisation is a diminimiss issue (minimal or little value to the overall claim as to have no overall impact on what the outcome will be)!

Hello righty, please don't despair! teaboy2 is right, im sure the judge knew but initially I went blank, when I remembered i sought permission to answer but he refused to give me a chance! I still cant' explain why it (i.e. the definition as in my post 27 above) went out of my head though. So, that's why dreading the final hearing.

Having learnt a lesson, my advice to people would be that please do add necessary details in brackets as they will prompt/remind straightway. It's easy to think/feel you will remember but you never know!
