I have a question and perhaps can someone help me?
The company that I work for has their HQ in Canada and UK. Most of work I do remotely (I work in my home for them) and I asked them if I can relocate and work in one of the EU countries. I aproached my
managment (Senior director and my manager) and asked them if this will be fine with them and they said yes they dont see any problems + they are happy with my work and etc. However when I aproached my HR dept. I was told that this is impossible as they need to have physical office?
Does legislation require a physical offices etc? Does anyone has any ideas?
