Is it whistleblowing if :
1. A manager tells you to skip tests in your job? [Skipping tests would increase speed which is what the manager wants, but would put the public health and safety at risk]
2. The manager ask repeatedly over months my retirement age?
Is it proof:
1. If I have dates written down when the manager asked me to skip tests. [The manager did not name specific tests because she does not know the names of the tests. Just wants me to be fast].
2. That the manager has asked me to skip tests if she has also told a colleague to skip tests?
3. If I confided in my colleague when the manager asked me my retirement age?
I do not have a video recording of the incidents. The only proof I have is my word and what I have described above.
Thanks
