Colonel please be aware that the community who advise people on the range of legal issues that we are asked about on LegalBeagles is made up of individuals who volunteer their time and are not always online as people post. We do get notified when someone has posted on a thread we have been assisting on, so next time we are online we will be along to assist.

Clear advise has been given to you at posts #9 and 11 as to how to set out the grievance and what to concentrate on. Age is a protected characteristic, so I would really advise that you lead on that in terms of your grievance then as has been set out at post #15 deal with the work load issues which are causing your work environment to be stressful to you and that maybe a health and safety issue.

I know it is difficult but keep the emotion out of what you write, make it as factual as possible and back-up what you say with evidence about the incident/s you are making your grievance about.

Benny : You wanted to know how the manager has schemed against me.

Answer with an incident: My manager gave me a complicated job to do but expected it to be done in 30 mins. I must have taken 1 hour at worst. At the end of the day she complained that I took 2 hours.

She called in an auditor a few weeks later to check my work. [Rarely is an auditor called in]. The manager told me that the auditor said I did a good job.

Then the manager said she had 'planted' that job for me so that she could “show the auditor what good work I do”

I think she was being scheming and devious, trying to catch me out.
