My employer requires us to report financial products we and immediate family members purchase within a certain time frame.
I cannot force my immediate family members to tell me about their finances, I can only ask.
My employer is now punishing me for not having reported something that one of my family told me about outside of the time frame and I consequently reported late. Given under GDPR - it is not lawful for me to forcibly obtain access to someone else's financial information, how can they then punish me for not forcing someone to tell me about things?
