Happy belated new year everyone.
have a quick question…we are getting a new manager from another store and I’ve been told he prefers to take all the early shifts…if me and the rest of the team requested if he can distribute the earlies a bit evenly and he declines is there anything else we could do to make this possible or not? We are all on a 40hr contract.
