Iv been made redundant from my job. I was hired for the job with a 6 month probation period. I was given an outline of what was needed from me to do the job. At my end of probation meeting I was told my roll was being made redundant. I was also told it’s because I didn’t gain enough leads through social media which is something that was never asked of me or in my job description or targets. It came as a complete shock. I was told I would be given training throughout my 6 month period to progress in the roll. I never received any training (0 minutes). I was then told I wasn’t experienced enough. In my dismissal letter they stated the reason for my dismissal was not gaining enough leads from social media. Do I have rights for an unfair dismissal?
