Raising a claim against more than one company ?

Looking back at the early part of this merged thread, did you just put down the one company as the only respondent or did you add in the second company? If you only detailed X are they now trying to add in Y?

On your pensions query I presume there are unpaid pension contributions by your old employer, have you contacted them and tried to get them to pay them?

I personally would not delay in notifying the Pensions Regulator of unpaid contributions by your ex-employer. You can do this by completing a form on their website linked to below:

Yes, against the 2 companies X and Y and now they're trying
To name Z and W saying names changed... but no legal change has occurred. W and Z are different entities.

Can i just ask were the reespondent name/s on the Early Conciliation Certificate and the ET1 form the same.

How are they trying to change the names of the companies? Are they doing this via an application to the Tribunal?

Yes names were correct, certificate and ET1 same. And yes now informing both companies changed names when there is no legal change in companies house.

Do the "new named" companies exist at all at Companies House? If so can you tie the businesses together by shareholders/owners/PSC's?

Some shareholders yes, but do not seem to be commercially active companies.

I think this may be something that will need to be sorted out at the PHR. At least you have the EC certificate and ET1 in the same respondent names. I think the onus will be on the respondent to make their case about the company names.
