Also can the loss of schedule be edited before the court date if i added these on?

I appreciate that you are claiming there is no redundancy situation, however if the termination letter you get from the company is that you are being dismissed on the ground of redundancy, what you have to prove is that there was in fact no redundancy and your dismissal was unfair.
Since the company is claiming a redundancy then effectively you cannot claim the uplift. However that potentially does not stop the tribunal considering making that award depending on what the outcome is, should it go to a hearing.
