Unfortunately any compensation for not following the ACAS Code of Practice for disciplinary and grievance procedure does not apply to redundancy dismissals.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

I understand that but this is not redundancy for the reason there is no closure of any team nor is there any reduction of work etc.....i can understand if the team shut down and everyone is gone then yes that's fair.....but advertising your job out there a month before they given you your last date is not redundancy.

Also can the loss of schedule be edited before the court date if i added these on?

I appreciate that you are claiming there is no redundancy situation, however if the termination letter you get from the company is that you are being dismissed on the ground of redundancy, what you have to prove is that there was in fact no redundancy and your dismissal was unfair.

Since the company is claiming a redundancy then effectively you cannot claim the uplift. However that potentially does not stop the tribunal considering making that award depending on what the outcome is, should it go to a hearing.

The Schedule of Loss is a document that will need to be updated as the case progresses just because your circumstances may change and therefore the figures will need to be amended accordingly.
