I am a depot forum rep and someone at work was told they are being moved department due to how busy it is, they have a doctor's letter and a medical diagnosis saying they can't do such activities due to there back.
The person then walked out of the job, they are full time employee, just wondering what legal stuff or breached I can bring up when it goes to a disciplinary
