brief description of my query..
I left a job 6 months ago due to bullying in the work place. Due to my own mental health problems and starting a new job I did not follow up any complaint procedures. Recently I have learnt my previous manager has been disclosing information from our meetings to the rest of the team. This came out in a conversation I had with an old colleague who was telling me information that was told to her by the manager discussed confidentially in our supervisions like it should be common knowledge. Although none of this information is sensitive data I still feel it has been inappropriately shared. Do I have any footing to raise a complaint?!
