    Hello all - this is my first post here!

    brief description of my query..

    I left a job 6 months ago due to bullying in the work place. Due to my own mental health problems and starting a new job I did not follow up any complaint procedures. Recently I have learnt my previous manager has been disclosing information from our meetings to the rest of the team. This came out in a conversation I had with an old colleague who was telling me information that was told to her by the manager discussed confidentially in our supervisions like it should be common knowledge. Although none of this information is sensitive data I still feel it has been inappropriately shared. Do I have any footing to raise a complaint?!

    As an ex-employee there is nothing you can do via the normal internal processes e.g. raise a grievance. My suggestion would be that you write to an appropriate person in the company - HR, senior manager - explaining what has been brought to your attention, that you understood these meetings were confidential and should remain so even after you have left the company and that you request assurances that appropriate action will be taken to ensure there is no further incidents of information from meetings you have had with your previous line manager being disclosed to existing staff.
