Hi everyone
I have a couple of questions I can't quite get my head arround.
If a company provides in thier guidance, a stereotype stipulating negative general characteristic and assumed behaviours of a disability. Is that direct discrimination?
And
If the stereotype in guidance advises managers to seek out and rectify the behaviours stipulated in the stereotype and as a result the person with the disability is monitored and picked up on behaviours ignored in others. Is that still direct discrimination or harassment?
or does it depend??????
I would be super happy if you could let me know :-)
