Good morning
on the 18 Dec I was advised my employment would cease as of the 24 Dec after 7 years service (Temporary worker via an agency) this was done via a telephone call no letter received. I was then asked to stay onboard for a further month to complete a handover and finally left them on the 25 Jan
during my time with them I recieved no holiday or sick pay and did not receive any redundancy pay at the end. Reading the Government website I was entitled to these after a period in time and should receive standard employee benifits. Can someone advise if this is the case and if I could claim these benifits and redundancy for the time I was there
