f so ask how is this done i.e. by direct recording in which case if they hold them for nearly 11 months you would like to be given a copy of them in order to prove their view that the calls you made in March did not during the course of them request your P45. Alternatively were they by means of hand-written notes during/after the call? In which case you would like proof of the notes taken, which effectively should be date and time stamped.
