Hi, without revealing too much information due to possible detective work, i am in a redundancy situation.
The story is that we have about 20 staff, and about 4 are going to be laid off. The company has been very aggressive in the recruitment market and has employed about 6 staff in the past 3-6 months. The last 3 had their probation periods end just 10 days before HR informed us of the redundancy situation.
My argument will be that they knew about these redundancies yet they still allowed the new starters to carry on. I have evidence of this collusion, but thought I'd ask for some info and advice on it.
