      Hi so the update is this,

      They say they've been instructed to close the account , but somebody else will be contacting me after I requested that information.

            Until they provide compliant documentation, the account is 'unenforceable'.

            Remember even if they provide documents, they need to be 'compliant'.

              So do I just reply with , can you provide me with the subject access information as requsted?

                I would leave the Subject Access Request for the time being.

                You made a formal request for a copy of your agreement. To date they haven't complied. They sent a irrelevant email. You are still waiting for them to comply. What can you do other then wait?

                  They have replied and sent me over a massive folder with all the information from the subject access request , what steps do I need to take now?

                    Find the agreement, default notice and letter of assignment, look for anomalies.

                    Look for prescribed terms and has the terms been 'varied'.

                      I cant really find anything that says varied. I did come across some payments that i made over the span of 2016-2018 actually , totaling up to £404 out of a £450 debt.

                      I'm not really sure on what to do now , I guess I have no option but to start paying it off in full again?
