You made a formal request for a copy of your agreement. To date they haven't complied. They sent a irrelevant email. You are still waiting for them to comply. What can you do other then wait?

I cant really find anything that says varied. I did come across some payments that i made over the span of 2016-2018 actually , totaling up to £404 out of a £450 debt.
I'm not really sure on what to do now , I guess I have no option but to start paying it off in full again?
