      BT hasn't provided relevant information

3 Mobile - have provided information have you gone through it?

Sky to locate contact details, you just need to Google - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sk...ce#need-a-hand

Write to Overdales stating that they haven't provided the requested documentation, don't go into what they haven't provided, just that they haven't.
See what they come back with.

You need to keep on top of this.

Thank you for your reply! Overdales have sent me a few final bills and letters showing the debt being assigned to them.. In their last letter they say they are going to get more info on the BT account. They also say to log onto the Sky account to view statements etc. but I have tried using the account number provided and it says it doesn't exist I will try contacting them using the link you gave.

The 3 documents contain comments like missed payments and that the debt is to be assigned to Lowell.

Shall I just write to them saying I have reviewed the documents they have sent but require further information?

Regards the Direction Questionnaire, you need to fill the form in so it reflects the following, that you haven't received all the requested documents, so you are waiting for them before mediation. Yes send the Court a copy and Overdales. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

Just give the Court a call, they should be able to tell you if they've received. If they haven't you can email it to the Court.
In the subject line write: Directions Questionnaire - Case Number - XXXXXXXXX v XXXXXXXXX. Send it as a PDF.

                  Don't panic.

Called the court and they said they have a backlog so to email the N180 form to be sure. There appears to be an updated version of the form online and it asks whether the claim is suitable to be determined without a hearing should I tick yes or no?

Also have had SAR back from sky they have a letter showing when the account was opened and a final bill.

                      a) Called the court and they said they have a backlog so to email the N180 form to be sure.

Good, make sure you've got the correct email address for the Court.

                      b) There appears to be an updated version of the form online and

As long as it's from a Government / Court website, that's fine.

                      c) it asks whether the claim is suitable to be determined without a hearing should I tick yes or no?

                      Tick 'No'.

                      d) Also have had SAR back from sky they have a letter showing when the account was opened and a final bill

So they haven't sent a copy of the agreement, Default Notice or letter of assignment (or anything else)?

It asks to give a reason why you put no to the no hearing question so I just put that there are factual disputes which the judge will need to hear directly.

No - no agreement, default notice or letter of assignment. The first one says that the sky tv will be set up on.. I don't know whether this constitutes an agreement and the last one says that as no payment has been made they have cancelled services and 'if we do not receive payment we will refer your account to a DCA' but they're isn't actually a letter showing it has been assigned to Lowell.

That's good. They should send you an agreement, with terms and conditions.
