  • Lowell’s letter of claim

    Hello
I am new to the forum and hoping I could get some advise . I have received a 30 day letter of claim from Lowell’s for a shop direct debt. I haven’t responded to the claim yet but I have sent a cca request to Lowell’s. They responded with a recon credit agreement saying they intend to take it to court. The debt is from 2006. What is the best way to go forward?*

Did you ask for any other documents in your reply to the letter of claim ?

Is the recon agreement from the correct time and carry the correct information for the correct account?

Any issues with the catalogue / amount being claimed etc ?

Hi thanks for the response, I haven’t replied to the 30 day claim so haven’t asked for any documents. The cca they have sent me has a date at the bottom of 25/05/06 and my account was opened on 13/06/06. They have also sent me a list of goods ordered and payments made.*
