ahh yes sorry forgot about it being sunday,

i have a 'one stop' shop in the town where i live which also has a PO, it is open until 11pm and also opens on a sunday so i use it at all times and 7 days a week,

yes do it monday 1st thing

Could I also make the point that any solicitor trying to enforce an obviously unenforceable debt particularly, one that is time barred, is placing themselves at risk of being reported to the SRA for serious misconduct

Thanks for the information righty. Many of us using this site, know we have made mistakes in the past, with regards to debts. However, there is no justification for the underhand practices used by Debt Collection Agencies. If they followed the rules, more debts would be paid off.
