My mate who has no online access at the moment, have asked me to check some issues out in regards of the Cabot business, so thought I would add a thread here.
She had fallen into difficulties some time ago with Lloyds TSB, a loan or bank account maybe both, but she did pop her letter over from Cabot, with an enclosed letter from Lloyds at the same time.
It seems she is confused and wants to make sure on going the right direction with them before making arrangements.
I do not know what she currently pays, but was paying Lloyds on a monthly basis with a monthly payment book.
The letter from Caboot.........

She said her letter arrived just a few days ago, she tried emailing them on the email suggested on their website, as they also ringing several times a day, she not answering to them now, because they just harrassing.
I don't really know what to suggest to her really, but I did say its always best to correspond in writing only and tell them in writing to do this same, she said she had already done this by email since she had the letter ,but they not listening, and continue to ring.
Glad for any advice on this for her. (I understand that she also has an ongoing complaint, which has been rejected, about the excessive charges, and she received the final decision from Lloyds just before she received letter from Cabot, and its gone to the FOS), if she wins, then surely Cabot should not be entitled to any refund??
I do not actually know the full story, but only what she told me so far, any advice I can pass on to her would be great, thank you.
