    They lull the unsuspecting and desparate by saying Its only 3 a week per week. It seems ok.
    These doorstep sellers make friends with you and are not regulated. When you defaut they make you feel Guilty as hell for taking money off them!

      just off to posst the cca request aand cpr request, then I,m guessing I just sit and wait for a few days and see what happens ??

        The claimant has 12 + 2 Working Days from the date they receive the request to comply after which the debt is rendered unenforceable until the agreement or a compliant reconstituted one is provided.
