Re: Arrow Global refusing to accept CCA letters
Thanks for that great info Mike, I've sent him an email with a delivery and read receipt, Can I take it that the company have now received the request?
Here is a copy of the email sent
Dear Sir,
On 3 occasions I have tried to send your company CCA requests by Royal mail signed for and Royal mail special delivery. On 3 occasions delivery was refused by your staff.
Please treat this Email as a formal request for you to supply a copy of my Consumer Credit Agreement as is my entitlement under sections 77-79 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
I Attach the 3 copies of the CCR requests for your attention
I have sent a further £1 postal order to your solicitors, complete with copies of the requests and a covering letter requesting that they forward these onto Arrow Global Limited.
Please now deal with this request in a timely manner.
I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act, creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to comply with a request for a copy of the agreement under these sections of the Act.
Yours Sincerely,
Steve Hill
