Re: FrogsLegs - Court Claim - Lowell / Vodafone - 8-2-2016
Thank you all, I have now sent a 31.14 Request to Lowell Solicitors, will wait to hear back from them and update here.
One last thing, should I do anything with the response pack included in the Claim Form or just wait to hear back?

Re: FrogsLegs - Court Claim - Lowell / Vodafone - 8-2-2016
I've still not received any response from Lowell Solicitors (I have tracked the recorded delivery, it was definitely delivered and signed for on the 15th!), should I be worried? should I send them another 31.14 request?
Thank you for your advice

Thank you kindly

Yes send another request and add to it that non compliance will be brought to the attention to of the court. Amethyst Post# 11 suggested a possibility of using breach of contract as part of a defence has anything been
looked at regarding this?

Re: FrogsLegs - Court Claim - Lowell / Vodafone - 8-2-2016
Hi @nemesis45,
I have just sent another 31.14 (with a non compliance statement) via recorded delivery, let's hope they respond to this one!
With regards to a breach of contract, I'm not entirely sure what I'd need to look at for that. All I know is they refused to terminate the contract as the phone in their view was not faulty, despite me sending it in twice for repair. What do you think my options would be in this case? I did see a Vodafone rep on the LB forums the other day, do you think it is worth a PM to him to see if I can obtain the original contract?
Many thanks,

Re: FrogsLegs - Court Claim - Lowell / Vodafone - 8-2-2016
Hi All,
Thank you for all your kind help thus far, it really is much appreciated
I've still not had a response from Lowell Solicitors. I guess I now need to start compiling my defense and upload that to the MCOL website?
@Amethyst are you able to offer any guidance with regards to my defense? I've seen similar posts on the LB forums which should help get me get going for now. Can I ask if anyone would kindly proofread my defense prior to my submission to the MCOL site?
Again, thank you all :stars:
