    I can't believe it! they re-issued court proceedings again, received the court papers through the post today.

                So presumably they didn't argue the strike out previously then? so no relief from sanctions.

                Same solicitors ?

                You will need to apply to strike on the grounds they have already had a claim on the same cause of action struck out, and as such this claim is an abuse of process, but it is worth writing to them first with a copy of the strike out notice.

                      Do I still need to do the usual process , acknowledge the claim intending to defend ?

                                Nothing else, everything I received is posted here , the paperwork was received after the claim was strike out

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
