Re: Court Claim - Cabot Financial (UK) Limited / Bank of Scotland - 21-12-2015

Amethyst Will there be any benefit to me in asking the court for a 28 day extension? Is it generally recommended that people do this?

The deadline for defences to be filed is tomorrow and I have already filed my defence.

Amethyst re. My DN - I am very curious to see what they have, and if it matches my original copy. I have received nothing from them yet!

If you have already filed your defence then there's no need for an extension xxxxx
