The deadline for defences to be filed is tomorrow and I have already filed my defence.

The Default Notice looks fine, but they haven't provided it to you have they - that's from your original copy ? Be interesting then if they do provide a copy whether it matches...

Amended to 14 days by, i think, CCA 2006.

I wanted to update you all with some good news. The claim has been discontinued by the Claimant and the court have confirmed receipt of the Notice of Discontinuance.
