If the address on the document is not that was at the time of signing it's unenforceable.

i took out lloyds stuff when was married around 2007 time id say
        got divorced in 2009
lloyds dont hold records of accounts
i was ill with depression and didnt get all my documents as i didnt live there .
        i moved in 2009 twice
        then again in 2012
and im still in the same house
since 2012 theyre saying i took the debt out at this current address
although the default on my credit record is dated back to 2009 time
so i dont know what product they are on about .

                        Hi,

The court will expect documents to have been disclosed in the interim, but with Lowell
prone to leaving everything to the very last minute I would be very much minded to write
to the judge who made this order requesting that the court should order disclosure of the
data requested within 7/14 days so that the mediation appointment will not be wasted, and
that if Lowell does not respond in time the claim be struck out.
