Well, amend it to suit your circumstances as I have just gone off the info in this thread, first.
Once submitted to court it will be sent to the Claimants, and they will have 28 days to respond to the court to say if they wish to proceed. At that point you will receive a direction questionnaire, or the Judge will make directions based on the lack of info off his own back. Then you can get the case allocated to your local court and there will be an exchange of witness statements before a hearing. In between all of that though the claimants will need to provide evidence of some kind that the debt is yours, is the right amount etc, and you'll have opportunity to mediate and negotiate if you want to settle at any point. Really the defence is testing the water and you have to take it step by step seeing what they come back with and reconsidering your options the whole way through.
