    In that case it is a bit odd they have replied with the stuff about notation, probably someone sent the wrong template. Maybe add to your reply that you are requesting a copy of the notice of assignment as opposed to the deed.

      Good question, as the OP has started another thread where it says the claim was issued on February 6th! :noidea:

        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

        If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
