No notification, only the CL letter and court paperwork immediately before that. How should I respond to CL? I read the link, but I thought that the hello/goodbye letter could come from the DCA instead of the original creditor. Much as I like the idea that they have no legal right here, what is the reason for that? I would like to write back to them over the weekend, but not sure what to put!
