    a) Go through the documents they have sent, are there any anomalies?

    b) Fill in an income and expenditure form, remember to factor in 'the cost of living crisis, food, utility etc).

    c) A court will only ever ask you to pay what you can afford to pay, if it's £1, so be it. You need to do this with all your creditors, it will give give you some control over your debts / creditors.

    d) Mark any letters you send 'Without Prejudice' amend the following - https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/de...tors---letter/ Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

    e) A defence will also need to be filed with the Courts before the 26th April - just in case they decline a monthly payment offer.
