Brittania parking ticket ccj claim form

Hi, I appealed a parking charge notice and lost, I offered to pay the original £60 fee but they wanted £100, I refused and again offered to pay the original amount, it went up again when they passed it to their debt recovery company. I sent all letters back to the debt company and today I have received a ccj claim form and it’s now gone up to £261.38.
Any help greatly appreciated.
