Brittania parking ticket ccj claim form

Hi, I appealed a parking charge notice and lost, I offered to pay the original Ł60 fee but they wanted Ł100, I refused and again offered to pay the original amount, it went up again when they passed it to their debt recovery company. I sent all letters back to the debt company and today I have received a ccj claim form and it’s now gone up to Ł261.38.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Can I add this has been going on nearly a year the pcn is from 28/01/22

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
