I've been going through the motions with PRA, sending in SAR, CCA etc. Its got to a point now where they have actually taken this matter to the Country Court. I've sent a CPR 31:14 request off to PRA. But I now only have a few days to either dispute the whole claim, part claim, or make full admission.
The claim is for £2500 from a Lloyds OD.
The account was opened in 2012
I seem to have all the required paperwork from Lloyds and PRA, so cant get the case dismissed on those grounds
Looking at the statements I've calculated £1000 of charges and interest. I would ideally like to get the court to reduce the overall debt by that amount. Is this something they can do? Will this result in a CCJ?
One other thing, its a joint account for my wife and i, and the claim is solely in her name. Can it be dismissed on these grounds?
