You need to find which Court awarded the CCJ originally - for enforcement purposes your most local Court will deal but have no details. If having trouble then either check your Credit History or for a small amount go to Registry Trust https://www.trustonline.org.uk/

Only thing Doncaster court could tell me was that it was pay and co shop direct when they said that I did remember it was the freeman’s account.,

i do have to pay the warrant don’t i ? But if I don’t contact Lowell regarding to the £1190.36 they will ll take me back to court wont they ? What will happen then ?

if I use that link do I just use the cheapest England and Wales and will that show this warrant and claim against me

Was that the Doncaster court ? - might be worth giving Northampton CCBC a ring as they had the case before it was transferred to Doncaster for enforcement. They should be able to email you the case summary details and give you more info.

Otherwise you can contact Lowell and ask them for the details. You need at least the claim number, amount and the address it was served to. If it was served to your address and you ignored it then you might have problems, but if it was served to your old address you should be okay to apply to set aside as Lowell did have your current address from at least July 18.

You do need to either pay it, contact Lowell to arrange installment payments, apply to court to pay by installments and suspend the warrant ( N245 ) or apply to court to suspend the warrant and set aside the judgment so you can defend ( N244 ).

Set aside is £255 - Set Aside Application

        Redetermination is £50 - https://assets.publishing.service.go...2/n245-eng.pdf

Noddle or similar will do it for free although if not already a member you may have to wait 24 hours. Registry Trust - yes you just want England & Wales & if you already have the Claim No then that should make it easier.

When we have established what situation you are at will give a clearer picture of what to do next. It is always possible to make an application to Suspend the Warrant and make an Order for you to pay an affordable amount per month - there is a fee to pay for this but if on a low income or certain Benefits this can be waived. There are other choices as well but let's learn to walk first.

Suspect they may have joined the two Freeman's debts together for this CCJ ( they were sub £500 each weren't they?) They might have another CCJ as well, so Noddle/trustonline should show anything else up too then might as well try get everything dealt with xxx

is it best for me to just pay the debt now in instalments
along with the warrant and would Lowell give me a reduction on the debt if agree to pay ?

One of the freeman’s groups they couldn’t provide the information requested under the CCA letter I sent and they refunded my £1 and cleared it.. the other one did come back and it was 6 years in March I haven’t heard anything with regard to that or the talk talk and BT accounts since

Yep thought it might have been that - you posted a pic of other letters you'd torn up on your other thread xxx

Okay, so we know where we're at, a CCJ isn't massively going to affect your credit file... so what I'd do is get a N245 in to the court - https://www.gov.uk/government/public...on-of-an-order theres the form and some guidance there - it asks to suspend the warrant as well and they'll calculate something affordable from your IE sheet. If the £50 fee is difficult then you need to complete EX160 as well... form and guidance here https://www.gov.uk/government/public...-tribunal-fees

Once you've got those sorted shall we try get the rest sorted out a bit too so you're not constantly ripping up the post and hiding from stuff?
