  • Hearing for allocation and case management

    Hi,
I have received a notice from my local county court stating that there is to be a hearing for "allocation and case management".

The claim against me, and my counter claim, are bother for less than £3,000 and both parties have returned DQs requesting the small claims.

Does the mention of allocation mean that it has not yet been formally allocated to the small claims track and does that mean that a Part 31 request for disclosure can still be used?
