the one I gave over to the dmp was the customer copy which I have now on the sar sent to me has no boxes with any signatures but the one that PRA sent me which says bank copy has boxes with signatures on it. i always thought my copy would have the signatures on it. When I looked at the agreement I signed in 2006 with the dmp the signature is slightly different.

This is why I am confused because my one was the original and there is no signature at all.

i just want to know would my signature be on the customer copy as well as the bank copy on the consumer credit act or would it only be on the bank copy

Ahhh okay. Yes likely only on the bank copy, as you tend to sign the one you send back, not the one you keep for ref.

oh ok don't have time to amend my defence now they have sent me the cca as northampton court allocated it over to the small claims so waiting for a date now. will probably lose as the only thing I got to defend is the default as I never received it. i would be happy if the judge could lower it for me. PRA just keep saying my account is on hold

sorry haven't been on for a while. i put a complaint in about pra and on their final response they had my cca document on the 5th December but it wasn't given to me until the 25th January after the financial ombundsmen got involved so they already had it before putting the claim through even though I requested it in october. i am not sure if I can use this against them in court.

well i have been sent a court letter stating it now has been allocated to my county court but no date was attached with it just a letter saying i have to do a witness statement 14 days before. i am putting a complaint in about them to the financial obundsmen as when requested my cca in october they got it on the 5th december made a claim against me on the 21st december but didint send me the cca till the 25th january after the financial ombundsmen got involved. So they held it for 51 days without my knowledge. I have never done a witness statement do i include the letters they kept sending me that the account was put on hold. Also i never received the default notice and the agreement

A Witness statement is a sort of narrative of events to date. (Often in chronological order.)
