Okay, so there will need to be assignment from Lloyds to Apex then from Apex to PRA ....

You should have time to get the SAR response from Lloyds before the next steps from the court claim after Directions Questionnaires - and there will be a telephone mediation appointment where you can consider making an out of court settlement/installment offer if needed.

ok. the only thing thats bugging me is why there is just a printout on a4 paper with payment dates and no balance it just looks like someone has typed them. i have wrote to pra today to tell them my situation and i am vulnerable but i havent done a financial statement with them yet they were giving me 30 days to get in contact because the financial ombundsmen got in touch with them. i also told the financial ombundsmen about the charges so i am now waiting for the sar so i can enquire about them and if i am not happy to go back to the financial ombundsmen to do another complaint

I can't report it because they sent me a letter apparently it's a lot of media and something about info from third parties they will try and get it sooner but it could take up to the 27th of April

would take a photo of it but it takes all day to fiddle with it but i have the sar back from the moneyplus and the weird thing is the CCA request that PRA sent me has with what i think is my signature. But the one Moneyplus has given me which is the customer copy there is no signature and not even a box to sign in. was thinking about sending both copies to the financial obundsmen to have a look at,

not sure to send copy of both cca documents and let the financial ombundsmen have a look and give him the dmp plan I signed in 2006 so he can see my signature is slightly different .He has already put a complaint in to them in how I was treated unfairly so maybe he might look into this

The signature on your original agreement that you still have a copy of is different to that on the copy document PRA have sent you ? Is that what you're saying ? It's definately not just a copying/michrofiche wonk issue ?
