I was going to reclaim ppi myself but obviously if they have claimed this then i cant because i was going to use this for the debt

Complete the DQ and return it to the court and send a copy to the claimant.
You really need the info from Lloyds about the write off before you go back with making any offers to settle.
Do you remember why you stopped making payments in 2007 ? Was that due to your health issues and you communicated that to Lloyds at the time ?
anything statement wise between Dec 2007 and when you started with Debt Free Me ?
Were the DFM payments going TO Lloyds ?
Have you asked for a copy of the default notice or mentioned it in your defence at all ? ( IT should show up on your SAR response in any case)it says on the claim form i defaulted on the 24/12/2007 which i never got a default letter with an outstanding balance of 8,350.17#staysafestayhome

yes i did ask for the default and the agreement but never received these i went with dmp because my husbands hours had dropped. they told me it will finish after five years if i went with them silly to have beleived them. i got free advice from a solicitor and becausei have no money to spare . just write to them and explain mt situation as i am vulnerable because i am in remission and i have no equity and as i am unemployed would they accept small payments. i cant see me winning because i have the cca
