Sorry I know its a pain but can you do pics of everything they sent in response to the order of the court and send them to me please. Don't redact the loan reference numbers.

Also confirm which reference number is on this https://legalbeagles.info/forums/fil...9&d=1543573086 ( as I can't find original and I'm not sure if I wrote the actual number on this bit below )

Your defence included something like this I assume
The Plaintiff pleads the claim relates to an agreement with a reference of 2940065 dated 29/07/2016. The Plaintiff has not provided a copy of this agreement and therefore the Plaintiff is required to provide to the court a copy of the agreement on which it intends to rely in this case.
hence the order. You also said you'd sent a CCA request and they hadn't complied so were unable to enforce?

It sounds like they still haven't provided that agreement ( as, as you say, it doesn't exist ) - so really its whether they have rectified what appears (now) to be an error in their original claim.

I'll send copies now to your email if thats ok as I struggled to send by phone last time. I'll also include that reference number. When I sent them the cca they sent copies of loan and statement of account dated 30th April.

How do these people get through a day ? Or am I losing my mind ? This is what they have submitted to court as evidence of assignment.

I had a claim issued against me by these jokers too. Claim was dismissed in court as they didn't even bother to turn up or submit evidence, despite them sending me a ream of 'evidence' in the post. Many have had similar experiences from what Ive read over on Consumer Action Group forums.

I think they issue the claims in the hope it scares you into just paying it.
