  • Notice of Pending Legal Action - Lowell/Cohen Cramer

I have received the following, and I'm not sure which letters are applicable to send and how to best proceed, any help would be gratefully received.

As it is a telephone bill, I'm not sure whether a CCA request would be covered, but is it worth trying? Along with sending a CPR 31.14. Do I need to fill out the reply form and return, whilst I wait for a reply from my request or do i sit and see what they send.

I have just checked my credit file, as there were no EE closed or defaulted accounts linked to this debt previously, however now for June 2018 I have an opened, defaulted and settled account with Lowell showing on my credit file.

I'm not quite sure whether any other info would be of use, and I apologise if these questions have been asked/answered in other threads.

Thank you taking time to read this post

The letters are only for once a claim has been issued, but this is a letter before action.

Return the forms ticking box D and in box I as for copies of:

Agreement between you and original owner
    Notice of Default
    Notice of Assignment
    Deed of Assignment
COMPLETING AN N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE (SMALL CLAIMS TRACK) GUIDE

My posts here are based on my experience of a variety of life events. I have no formal legal training & if in doubt take professional legal advice or contact CAB. If you follow anything I write here you do so at your own risk & I accept no liability for any loss, costs or other outcomes.
