Charging orders?
Can somebody establish a charging order on a property that you do not own to recover your debt? Surely it would have to be in your name and attached to an agreement in your name as the owner?Tags: None

Has your judgement creditor applied for a charging order?
If yes, your wife can oppose the application to make a final order (see earlier), or apply to discharge an order that has been made.
Next time, start with the facts please. We'd have got to this point quicker.

a debt attributed to me is being pursued at my wifes property which she owns outright. She has the land registry title and deeds in her name etc. I am not a full resident at her property.
