  • Set Aside Query

    Hi all,

I previously applied for a set aside from my local district county court for a CCJ that was on the register which was dismissed by the DJ. Is it possible to do another set aside with consent for the same CCJ but at a different county court? Not looking to defend the case this time but rather agree to have it set aside by the claimant.

    Thanks,

It's unlikely that another court would set it aside if that has already been refused, the court would know the file is with the court who refused the application and request the file transferred to them. You would have to appeal the original decision.

What was the reason set aside was refused?
