Check the date of the judgment on your credit file and on trust online as that statement really does appear the CCJ wasn't obtained until April 2016 although you started paying Judge & Priestly £25 a month in Dec 2014.

All CCJ's will drop off your credit file (as well as any online registers) after 6 years have elapsed from its registration date. I hesitate to state that this will help you credit-score wise however as you will still be making monthly repayments on the debt, which in itself will not appear to be cleared to the Credit Reference Agencies.
The best thing you can do to help your score in the long-term is to continue to make your monthly repayments on time (don't miss any of these), as well as to potentially try to start building your credit through other means. Measures to improve your credit include being registered on the electoral roll at your current address, ensuring that your credit utilisation rate is low (the amount of credit you have available to you against how much you're using), as well as paying any other bills on time.
You could also try something more directly focussed on credit building - such as a credit builder credit card, or a credit building app such as Portify. The hope is that, in the long-term, all of these things will chip away at your score and gradually bring it back up a little whilst you continue to repay your outstanding CCJ debt.
