  • Lowell’s and O2 mobile

    Hi all,

ive received a letter from Lowell solicitors threatening to make a claim for a ccj. The debt relates to an old o2 mobile account from 2013, which I don’t remember taking out (although I may have). The amount due is approx £1100. I have never acknowledged this debt with Lowell’s and now this letter has shown up. The Claim form issue date is 9th may and says I have 14 days to respond, however another letter I have received from Lowell’s solicitors states I have until 6th June to respond or they will ask the court to enter a ccj against me.

any advice on want I should do?

    Edit:

** I’ve just checked through the letters again and I actually had a *Notice of Claim Issue* dated 14th May, and a *Notice of Pending County Court Judgement* issued on 27th May stating I have until 6th June to respond or they will ask the court for a CCJ.

You need to post copies of the letters with personal information, but not dates removed to allow us to see exactly what you have got as it's not clear from your description.
